Can one die from cringing?

When you do something so cringy, you hope you could erase your exsitence from the planes of time and space. You can't escape from it. You can't make yourself forget. The more you try, the more you realize how DENSE you are. The more you try to forget, the more you REMEMBER. DEAR GOD WHY AM I THIS AWFUL ME THAT ME IS?
